A Hat-trick of Fraud Award Nominations

CEGA are delighted to announce that for the third year running we have been shortlisted for the Fraud Investigation Team of the Year (Independent) Award at the Insurance Fraud Awards 2011 taking place in October.

Set up in 2008, CEGA's Special Investigation Unit is the only one of its kind in its field and in 2010 achieved nearly 40% of all fraud savings across the entire travel insurance industry, whilst never losing sight of the need to 'treat customers fairly'.

It is a fact of life, that in harsh economic times there will be an increase in opportunistic, organised and desperation-driven insurance fraud. The fact we have been nominated three years in a row is confirmation of our ongoing commitment  to combat this and testament to the success we have achieved. We certainly hope it will be a case of third time lucky.
